Buzz Telecom Expands its Network to Now Offer its 10-11-555 Long Distance Service to Fido Mobile Subscribers in Quebec City, Ottawa, Calgary and Vancouver

Buzz Telecom Keeps Callers on the Line by Offering its 10-11-555 & 10-11-289 Dial Around Long Distance Services to Rogers Home Phone Subscribers

Knowlton Capital changes its name to Buzz Telecommunications Services Inc. - Change to Performance Escrow Agreement
MONTREAL, Feb. 26 /CNW Telbec/ - Knowlton Capital (TSXV-KCI) announced today that it has changed its name to Buzz Telecommunications Services Inc. and its ticker symbol to BZZ. On February 20, 2007, the independent board members of Knowlton Capital voted to change the release criteria in the Performance Escrow Agreement for the release of the 6,000,000 performance shares, by maintaining the previous sales and profit margin dollar value of the targets instead of the percentage value and by using the 12 month period ended June 30, 2008 instead of June 30, 2007, however, the total performance shares could be released in 2007 if the maximum targets for sales and EBITDA are reached by June 30, 2007.
